Integrating health and social care is one of the big political and social issues  in Scotland but there are barriers to change and vested interests in maintaining the status quo.  Now that the catalyst for change is there, what needs to be done on the front-line and in the back-office to engineer a new model?

Chair: Dr. Jim McCormick, Scotland Advisor, Joseph Rowntree Foundation
Andy Wightman
, Land Rights Activist and Author of 'The Poor Had No Lawyers'
Charlie Millar, Chief Executive, Cassiltoun Housing Association

Breakout Three: Social finance
Social finance provides a different way of working and delivering.  Used effectively it can be used to deliver change and challenge the status quo. Could your organisation find sustainable revenues and investment to enhance innovation and growth?

Emily Bolton, Director, Social Finance
Mike Grigor, Regional Manager, Charities and Social Enterprise, The Co-operative Bank
